Cancellation Policy

We understand that our clients are busy people, and that sometimes changing or cancelling an appointment due to work or family commitments may be unavoidable. If this happens, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 60%, and no-shows will be charged in full (with exceptions for illness and emergency at our discretion). Please let us know as soon as you can if you’re not going to make it – someone may be waiting for a cancellation slot.
